Cozy RV Glamping in the Smoky Mountains
Our cozy RV is tucked away in a peaceful, wooded area of our RV park, offering the perfect Smoky Mountain glamping experience. Newly remodeled and thoughtfully furnished, it comfortably sleeps 4 guests with one queen bed, two twin bunk beds, and a futon. 
Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing stay:
  • Fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, dishes for four, a coffee pot, toaster, gas stove, microwave, and refrigerator.
  • TV with DVD player (please note: no satellite service or wifi).
  • A/C and heat for seasonal comfort.
  • Fresh bedding, linens, towels, and rags are provided for your convenience.
Outside, the RV is sheltered under a covered shed with a picnic table, seating area, grill, and a private campfire spot—perfect for cozy nights under the stars. Start your mornings sipping coffee in the crisp mountain air, surrounded by the peaceful sounds of nature. Bundled firewood is available for purchase at the office.
Located just a short walk from beautiful Fontana Lake, and close to our pontoon, kayak, paddle board rentals, and personal lake cruises, this is the ultimate nature getaway.

$50.00 cleaning fee

RENTAL POLICIES
​Deposit: Mastercard or Visa is required for reservation. 

Cancellation Policy: We will refund your deposit if we receive your cancellation 15 days before your arrival date. No refunds after that date.

Pet Policy: NO ANIMALS ALLOWED. 

Boat Launch: No launch fee will be charged for cabin or RV guests, however there is a $10.00 per night fee will be charged for boats left in the water (if available).
